Caramelized Onions and Jalepeños

Want to add a sweet and spicy kick to your griller? This quick topper will only take 20 minutes, 3 ingredients, and wind up packing a lot of flavor. You can find the recipe here – it’s sure to be a hit!

Thai Peanut Sauce

Take your barbecue to Southeast Asia with a Thai Peanut Sauce from your local supermarket. Spruce it up even more with some shredded bok choy or bean sprouts and some crushed peanuts for a nice crunch

Spicy Watermelon Salad

Forget using watermelon as a side dish – throw it on top of your griller as an easy salad to get some juicy spice in each mouthful

Avocado and Mango Salsa

Who needs guac when you can cube some avocado and mango with red onions and cilantro? You’ll have a colorful AND flavorful topper that will be great for those counting calories at the barbecue

Beet Sauerkraut

You’ve heard of cabbage sauerkraut, but have you met beet sauerkraut? It’s just as easy to make (or buy) and adds fantastic flavors and a punch of color. Perfect for your food blog or a bright Instagram story

Seafood Slaw

Take surf-and-turf to a whole new level with some seafood slaw from the store on top of your griller! Who said you needed to go to the beach to get a bit of the ocean along with your sausage?

Iron City Barbecue Sauce

You could grab the Heinz Barbecue Sauce out of the fridge, or you could whip up your own and use some of the Iron City Beer that’s hanging out in the cooler! We personally are a fan of this recipe

The Yinzer

You know what it is: fries, coleslaw, and cheese. The classic ‘Burgh combo, not just for salad or a sandwich from Primanti’s

Brie and Green Apple

For a creamy, tart, and boujee topping, toss green apple slices on the grill and top with a hunk of brie. Trust us, you’re going to love it

Kimchi and a Fried Egg

We’re taking a trip around the world again to throw some classic kimchi and a fried egg on your sausage and bun. It’ll have a good kick AND you’ll get your probiotics for the day
