Inspired by the wonderful Little Italy Days festival in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh blogger Haute Pepper Bites created this delectable Italian-style burger using a mix of Uncle Charley’s hot and sweet Italian sausages.
The real kicker is the amazing sun-dried tomato pesto she created that really complements all the spices in our sausage mix!
