This savory party starter is both sweet and sour. Uncle Charley’s Pork Sausage – fried to a golden brown in a saute pan with olive oil – is pierced with a toothpick and served with apple, which is also pan fried golden in melted butter with sugar, and sage bites.

Bratwurst Stewed with Sauerkraut
Brown some Uncle Charley’s Bratwurst in oil on high heat in a large pan. Add some chopped onions and minced garlic cloves; cooking them until slightly caramelized. Proceed to add in chicken stock, caraway seeds, paprika, and sauerkraut; letting it simmer for 45 minutes. Once removed from heat, stir in some fresh dill and serve on a baguette.

Totally Lazy Mini Sausage Rolls
Uncle Charley’s Fresh Pork Breakfast Sausage links can be used in this crowd-pleasing unique spin on pigs in a blanket. The sausage, which is seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme leaves, is rolled in a homemade or store bought puff pastry.
