INGREDIENTS.
- 1 largeAcorn Squash
- 1/3 cupsShredded Pamesan Cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp.Herbs de Provence
- 1 Tbsp. meltedButter
- 1/2 Tsp.Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp.Salt
- 1/8 Tsp.Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Cut each half into ½-in thick slices.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Transfer to a large sheet pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese onto squash slices.
Bake for 25min and garnish with more parmesan and herbs.
