ITALIAN SAUSAGE RIGATONI.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1 packageUncle Charley's Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 packageRigatoni pasta
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil
  • 2 clovesGarlic
  • 1 largeRoasted Red Peppers
  • 2 tbspChopped parsley
  • 1 jarPasta sauce

INSTRUCTIONS.

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions, keep warm. Cook rigatoni according to directions, keep warm.
  2. In a large pan, lightly sauté olive oil and garlic for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook until crisp tender.
  3. Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat until warm. Either mix in pasta or serve separately. Top with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
