It’s the holiday season, which means it’s time to get your party on! What better way to to do that than with festive decorations, delicious food and good company. With these Uncle Charley’s helpful holiday party tips, you’re sure to have a merry ol’ time.

The party starts the minute your guests get to the door, so you’ll want to make sure it’s decorated with a festive wreath. Nothing shouts “I’m ready to have some fun” more than a decorative wreath.

Try this DIY ornament wreath!

What you’ll need:

  • Straw wreath (approx. 22 inches in diameter)
  • ½ yard of white felt
  • Pins
  • Glue gun (low temperature)
  • Assorted ornaments (big and small)

What you do: Cut the white felt into 3-inch-wide strips, wrap each piece around the wreath, pinning to secure and overlapping the edges. Take your bigger ornaments and attach them to the felt using the hot glue gun, filling in any gaps and holes with the smaller ornaments. Voila, your new holiday wreath is ready to greet your guests!

We know your wreath is going to be a hit, but the real talk of the party will be how delicious your food is. How do we know that you might ask?
